Grose Vale Rural Fire Service (RFS) “Open Day – Get Ready Weekend”
Open Day 12th September 2015, Bowen Mt. Park 10-3pm – Get Ready Weekend
Are you ready for this bushfire season? Are you or your family at risk if there was a bushfire? Would you know what to do? Is your property prepared?
Have you completed your Bush Fire Survival Plan? What is your Plan B if you are confronted by a bushfire?
Grose Vale Rural Fire Brigade shall be holding its Open Day at Bowen Mountain Park Hall on Saturday 12th September from 10am – 3pm.
Members from Grose Vale Rural Fire Brigade will be on hand to answer your questions, help you prepare your Bushfire Survival Plan and demonstrate firefighting equipment to help you Get Ready for the coming bushfire season.
A raffle for Two Emergency Bush Fire Survival kits will be drawn at 2.30pm while a sausage sizzle, tea, coffee and cold drinks will be available, so bring the family and Get Ready.
