The park is managed by a group of local residents as a committee of the Hawkesbury City Council.
The committee meets bi-monthly to organise work schedules, oversee the hiring of the Community Hall and advise council of maintenance and improvements required in the park.
The community in conjunction with the Hawkesbury City Council have planned, raised funds and organised the provision of all facilities in the park.
It is important to stress that all people involved with the Bowen Mountain Park Management Committee and the Bowen Mountain Association are VOLUNTEERS.
